Our Amenity housing is self-contained accommodation designed specifically with the needs of older people in mind. Suitable for those aged 50 or over, or younger with a medical need, amenity housing is perfect for those who would like a home that has been designed and adapted to suit their needs, but do not require the extra levels of care and support provided by retirement, sheltered and extra care housing.

There are three ways to apply for our properties: directly with us, through the common housing register or through a nomination agreement with the local authority.
